The Mercedes-Benz Boutique inside Yas Mall is more than a showroom, it’s a space designed to shift personality at a moment’s notice. Campaigns, launches, merchandise drops, brand activations, test-drive signings, every moment demands a different visual and acoustic mood.

UltiTrend transformed the space into an adaptive experience, where light and sound respond like choreography. The environment doesn’t just support the brand; it performs alongside it.

What benefits did our client gain from this project?

The boutique now operates like a precision instrument, silent, responsive, and inherently theatrical. Every adjustment feels intentional, reinforcing the brand’s world of innovation, performance, and modern luxury.

From immersive showcases to calm retail moments, the space adapts with absolute ease. Technology disappears into the background, allowing the brand story to take center stage. This is Mercedes-Benz, not just displayed, but experienced.

PROJECT GOALS

The challenge was to bring the brand to life in a space that must transform instantly—whether for a vehicle reveal, a merchandise display, or a live activation.

Our solution linked KNX–DALI lighting with AV triggers and programmable presets, enabling dynamic scenes that react within seconds. Campaigns can shift from bold and dramatic to subtle and ambient without technical delay or visible transition.

Our Approach

We engineered a retail environment where lighting, audio, and atmosphere respond instantly to the rhythm of the Mercedes-Benz brand. The showroom’s KNX–DALI backbone connects seamlessly to AV triggers and campaign presets, allowing the space to shift from premium retail to immersive event mode in seconds. Every scene, from product displays to launch activations, is synchronised with the identity of the star campaign.

Our system design ensures effortless operation for the staff: one tap adjusts lighting, sound, and visual focus across the boutique. The result is a flexible, high-performance environment that elevates the customer journey and keeps the brand consistently dynamic within Yas Mall’s luxury landscape.
