What benefits did our client gain from this project?
Through precise KNX–DALI engineering and fully synchronized indoor–outdoor lighting, the M43 Mansion now delivers seamless comfort throughout every space. Scenes shift naturally with time of day, enhancing wellbeing and strengthening our client’s confidence in Ultitrend’s technical excellence and attention to detail.

PROJECT GOALS
Our objective was to engineer a lighting environment that matched the villa’s ultra-luxury lifestyle while remaining technically flawless. Through precise KNX–DALI integration, our goal was to deliver consistent daylight-based scenes that enrich each area,
from majlis and family rooms to the gym and outdoor garden. The Palm Jumeirah M43 Mansion required accuracy, stability, and immersive comfort shaped through elegant, adaptive lighting control.

Our Approach
