Al Jaddaf Tower brings together upscale residences and shared lifestyle amenities under one intelligent ecosystem. The development was designed to deliver long-term comfort, operational efficiency, and a seamless experience for both residents and facility managers.
Every layer of the tower, lighting, climate, access, and building-wide systems, was engineered to perform quietly in the background, enhancing the quality of living while reducing operational load.

Smart efficiency for
multi-tenant environment
Our Approach
We designed a fully centralised automation platform anchored by a robust KNX backbone. DALI lighting was integrated building-wide to ensure consistent illumination and lower power consumption. HVAC zoning was programmed for efficiency, adapting to occupancy and environmental changes. Secure access systems were unified into the automation framework, giving residents a fluid, hotel-like experience.
Through careful engineering and BMS (Building Management System) integration, the tower now runs on a stable, predictable, and energy-optimised infrastructure—enhancing comfort while reducing operational costs.
